13 years • Brrrly 10-Pint Men
Marvin’s Mountaintop, WV
Thirteen years ago, a small crew set out to test their survival skills by creating a proper winter burn. After trying several locations, we settled on Marvin’s Mountaintop in West Virginia. Our early camps were bare-bones — barely a shelter, with everything cooked over an open fire.
We’ve come a long way in 13 years. The Brrrly 10-Pint Men have become the go-to camp for great food, awesome drinks, and the best hospitality on the tundra.
What started as an experiment has become a beloved tradition. Every year we return to prove that good food and great drinks taste even better when your fingers are numb.
Hot food, hot drinks, and warm spaces. We specialize in keeping people fed and happy when the mountain tries to kill them. We’re known for our soul-warming soups and stews — not to mention staggeringly great pizzas, incredible tamales, and the best Chicken Makhani allowed by law.
We run the best drinks operation at Frostburn. We specialize in hot drinks like Colonial Tea, Irish Coffee, and Norwegian Gløgg, along with hot toddies and anything else that warms the imagination. Our famous Black Shit keeps you warm in a gloriously suicidal sort of way.
We embrace the cold. The more brutal the weather, the harder we party. This is where the Viking in us truly comes out.
